Professional User Conduct and Responsibility Agreement


Personal Nutri App is a tool developed by T800 Soluções, using generative AI and automation, designed exclusively for use by qualified health and fitness professionals in accordance with the regulations and scope of practice applicable in the United States.


Access to the system and its features is restricted to certified or licensed professionals who are legally authorized to design training programs, provide nutritional guidance, or deliver professional fitness or wellness services.


1. Compliance with professional regulations (USA)


  • Licensed dietitians / nutrition professionals;
  • Certified or licensed fitness professionals;
  • Health and wellness professionals acting within their legally permitted scope.


2. Responsibility of the professional user


Personal Nutri App does not interpret lab results, does not diagnose conditions, does not provide clinical decisions, and does not replace the judgment of a qualified professional.

All generated content is based on information entered by the user and must be reviewed, edited, and fully validated by the professional before being used with clients.


3. Liability disclaimer


By using the platform, the user acknowledges that:

  • They are solely responsible for all decisions made using the app;
  • Improper or unauthorized use may violate local or state regulations;
  • All civil, legal, or professional consequences resulting from misuse are the sole responsibility of the user;
  • T800 Soluções is not liable for professional decisions, prescriptions, guidance, or interpretations made by the user.


4. Suspension and enforcement


T800 may suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, unethical conduct, unauthorized practice, or violation of these Terms.


5. User declaration


"I declare that I will use Personal Nutri App exclusively for professional purposes; that I am duly qualified and authorized to provide fitness and/or nutritional services; that I will review and validate all generated content before using it with clients; and that I release T800 from any liability arising from misuse, unauthorized use, or actions outside these Terms."
