• Specialist in Weight Training and Calisthenics
• Certified in Calisthenics and COACH by WCO (World Calisthenics Organization)
• Over 12 years of experience helping people achieve their physical and athletic goals
• Currently completing a degree in Nutrition — expected graduation December 2025

• Graduated in Physical Education
• Postgraduate in Olympic Weightlifting Sciences
• Certified Level 3 – Fernando Reis Weightlifting
• Certified Level 1 – CrossFit Trainer
• Specialist in Strength Training, Functional Fitness, and Olympic Weightlifting (LPO)
• Experienced in training periodization for performance and optimization
• Over 10 years of creating strategies to help athletes reach the highest level in competitions
